详细内容：个人简介 1966年毕业于南京大学生物系，1981年在中科院上海生化所研究生毕业并获硕士学位，1989年被聘为副研究员，1993年晋升为研究员，1994年被批准为博士生导师。曾在美国南加大从事研究工作2年(Research Associate, 1986～1988)，在法国CNRS酶学实验室短期合作研究 (Visiting Professor，1995)。发表研究论文100多篇，其它科技文章30多篇。获中科院自然科学二等奖和三等奖各1项。目前兼任所学术委员会副主任，中国生物化学与分子生物学会理事，RNA专业委员会负责人，上海生物化学与分子生物学会副理事长兼秘书长，《生物化学与生物物理学报》常务编委、《中国生物化学与分子生物学报》编委、美国RNA Biology杂志编委。第十届上海市政协常委。 　 研究工作 RNA的结构与功能组 从事RNA组学研究。主持或参与负责二十多个国家或省部级研究项目。 主要进行1.tRNA的结构与功能研究，重点在tRNA被氨酰tRNA合成酶识别的分子基础、修饰核苷酸的功能与疾病的关系等。最近发现了tRNA(Trp)的种族特异性元件。2.包括核酶、叁链形成寡脱氧核苷酸、反义寡脱氧核苷酸在内的核酸药物研究，现正开展RNA干扰和aptamer方面的研究。现获得1项授权发明专利和2项发明专利申请号。3.RNA组学(Rnomics)的研究，近期目标为寻找新的RNA基因、RNA的新功能和RNA的新应用。现在水稻中发现几种snoRNA的基因簇。 近期论文 1.
